In exchange for the service we provide, we charge landlords a 10% percentage of the gross rent collected each month. in addition to lease commissions. We also manage construction, development, repair and maintenance of a property for which work is started after submission, approval of cost- estimate. We enter in contract before proceeding ahead with work.
