In exchange for the service we provide, we charge landlords a 10% percentage of the gross rent collected each month. in addition to lease commissions. We enter in contract before proceeding ahead with work.

We manage and rent all types of commercial & residential properties from single-family homes to multiple units such as: duplexes, townhouses to apartments and condominiums (As well as mixed used residential and commercial properties). Our company has a complete staff from movers, cleaners, landscapers to repair and handymen, right up to master tradesmen.

Repairing activity as water/ sanitary pipelines, water proofing, seepage problems, anti-termite treatment, internal & external painting, wood work old & new etc. are undertaken by us.
