About our Agency
We deal Fairly & Confidentially. If requested for we arrange
one to one meeting of Seller & Buyer. Only after regaining
confidence in parties we proceed with the deals. We evaluate the
property and credibility of parties in advance before proceeding
further.
Our requirement:
1. You have to sign an agreement with us regarding reimbursment
of 2.0% as service charges on total Sale/ Purchase consideration
in the proportion in which Payment is made by the seller and received
by the buyer.
2. In leasing of residential properties we charge one month rent
as our brokerage charges & in case of leasing of commercial
properties we charge two months rent as brokerage charges.
3. We don't compromise on quality of the services rendered and
our professional charges irrespective of the size and value of
the deal.
4. You have to reimburse expenses incurred on Transportation,
Entertainment, Lodging etc. incurred over you.
